About Me

My name is Anna Tenggren and fitness has been a part of my life for over 20 years – it is my passion, my respite and my superpower in everyday life.

 

I am a licensed personal trainer and nutritionist through EBT Academy and accredited by European standards (EuropeActive EQF levels 3 and 4) and the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS). EBT Academy's education is based entirely on evidence and long-term established research, which was important to me. With a background as a biologist, I understand the importance and the procedures of research. With so many myths and rumors circulating in the health and fitness world today, it almost impossible for an interested person to understand what is true and of function and this is where I want to come in and make a difference.

 

As a personal trainer, I want to help you find a workout routine that actually makes a difference, is easy to follow and feels fun – whether you are a newbie or experienced. As a single parent with two children, I know the challenges to fit in training in a busy everyday life. This is why I always focus on individually tailored plans that work over time tailored to fit Your schedule. Whether you want to build strength and muscles, improve your cardio, lose weight, prevent injuries, increase your energy level or simply just find a healthier lifestyle, I can help You reach Your goal. Young or elderly, ill or injured - I work with both beginners and experienced, and focus on technique, adaptation, progression and routines that last!
